First, make sure you have the best internet connection possible. Test your connection here. You may want to downgrade to an SD stream if your internet connection does not allow for HD streaming (click on the HD label in the player).
If there is a stream interruption, we’ll post a message on the event page - the red ticker just above the player and a live chat message - explaining the issue and troubleshooting you.
