If you have purchased on a device different from the one you want to watch on, open the page of the event and click on “Already Ordered?” (available below the order button)
A pop up screen will appear asking for your email and password. Your email and password will be in the purchase confirmation email sent to you by firstname.lastname@example.org immediately after your purchase. If you haven’t received one please search your Spam folder.
If you cannot find your password go to “Forgot password?” below the login fields – enter the email you used for the purchase and an email with a new link and password will be sent from email@example.com.
If you are not sure about your email you can go to “Not sure I have an account?” and enter your Order ID on the screen below. You will receive an email on the email you used for the purchase – please check all of the emails you might have used.
