I uploaded a video but did not get my credits.

You get 3 FITE credits for the first community video you upload to FITE. If you have uploaded videos after that they will not earn you credits.

If you do not see you credits for the first video please wait for a few minutes and restart the FITE app. If they still do not show please contact support@fite.tv.
